Wristband Registration Support

Note: Do not put your wristband on until the day of WayHome, as it will lock immediately and cannot be removed! Keep it in a safe place until you’re headed to WayHome!

New for 2017 – Registration is Mandatory!
Why mandatory registration? The boring answer is that it personalizes your wristband which helps if it is ever lost or stolen. You will also be able to use it as a digital wallet to make cashless purchases on-site (see insert for more info). The exciting answer is that if you register and top-up before July 24th, we will automatically enter you into contest draws for exclusive giveaways… like upgrades to VIP and passes for next year!


STEPS TO REGISTER YOUR WRISTBAND AND TOP-UP

STEP 1: REGISTER YOUR WRISTBAND AND LINK FACEBOOK

  • Enter your personal details, wristband UID (16 digits) and click “Register Wristband”.
  • Link your Facebook account and click “Next”. If you do not want to link your Facebook, simply click “Next”.
  • Click the “Click Here” button to be redirected to the WayHome cashless site.

STEP 2: CREATE YOUR CASHLESS ACCOUNT

  • From the WayHome cashless site, click the “Register” button from the top menu bar.
  • Enter your personal details and click “Register” or simply use the “Login with Facebook” option.
  • *Note: If you do not log in with an existing Facebook account, you will receive an email from WayHome asking you to confirm your registration by clicking the activation button in the email.

STEP 3: LINK YOUR WRISTBAND

  • Once you’re logged in, click the “Wristbands” tab from the top menu and select “I have a wristband”.
  • Enter the Security Code (6-digit number) and Wristband Number (16-digit number) located on the back of the RFID tag on your wristband.
  • Click “Add”.

STEP 4: TOP-UP YOUR ACCOUNT

  • Click the “Top-up” tab from the top menu and then click the blue “Top-up” button.
  • You will be asked if you want to “Enable Auto Top-up” (see below for details). You can click “Maybe later” or “Yes, enable”.
  • Enter the amount you wish to top-up, review your order and click “Checkout” when ready.
  • Enter your credit card information on the payment site to complete the transaction.

All unspent credit will be refunded back to you after the event (less a $5.00 refund processing fee). Please review our refund policy in the FAQ section below for more details.

ENABLING AUTO TOP-UP

The easiest and most convenient way to add credit to your account is to “Enable Auto Top-up”. With the “Enable Auto Top-up” feature, your account balance will automatically re-load $40 into your account when your balance drops below $10. The pre-paid amount will automatically be charged to your credit card and you will receive an email notification of this transaction.
